Honestly, I have no idea if this is a dress or a shirt =))) BUT THE PRINT IS SOOO COOL parang pang Free People lang! But just to give you guys some clue about this item, when I tried it on to know the size/length, the ruffles part, if I lift it up...my ass can be seen. =)) So I'm guessing the length would depend on the height of the buyer? (Ok, totally have no clue here =)) )

May I suggest you wear this item with cut-off denim shorts and those cool sandals/espadrilles. A matching bag or a knitted bag would be cool too! And of course, cool sunglasses, and if I'd wear this...I'd braid my hair ala-Alexander Wang models (google it) :))))) But of course, my hair needs to grow muna. =))
